Council Services over the Easter Weekend 2026

Customer Service Centres

Euroa Customer Service Centre will be closed from Good Friday, 3 April to Easter Monday, 6 April (inclusive) and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April at 9am.

Nagambie Customer Service Centre will be closed from Good Friday, 3 April to Tuesday, 7 April (inclusive) and will reopen on Wednesday 8 April at 9am.

Our after-hours emergency enquiry service will remain available during this period. Call 1800 065 993.

Recovery Hub

The Strathbogie Shire Recovery Hub will be closed from Good Friday, 3 April to Easter Monday, 6 April (inclusive) and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April at 9am.

Kerbside Waste Collection

There will be no kerbside waste services on Good Friday, 3 April.
All Friday services will be collected on Saturday 4 April.

Kerbside services will then resume as per the normal schedule from Monday 6 April.

Transfer Stations

All transfer stations will be closed on Good Friday, 3 April and will operate as per usual opening hours on all other days.

Please note: Transfer stations remain closed on declared Total Fire Ban and Catastrophic Fire Danger days, in line with standard practice.

Visitor Information Centres

  • Euroa Visitor Information Centre: Closed on Good Friday (3 April)
  • Nagambie Visitor Information Centre: Closed on Good Friday (3 April) and Monday (6 April)

Maternal Child Health

The Strathbogie Shire Maternal & Child Health Program will be closed from Good Friday, 3 April to Easter Monday, 6 April (inclusive) and will reopen for normal operating hours on Tuesday 7 April 2026.
