Strathbogie Shire enjoys a climate conducive to enjoying some of the prettiest parks and reserves on offer in North East Victoria.
With the principal towns of Nagambie and Euroa situated on waterways, the potential for some striking parklands is put to good use. For example Buckley Park located on the foreshore of Lake Nagambie and Seven Creeks Park in Euroa, on the banks of the creek, create a relaxing and picturesque atmosphere.
The smaller communities of Avenel, Violet Town, Longwood and Strathbogie also provide reserves just a stones throw off the main roads for travellers and locals alike to enjoy.
Strathbogie Shire parks and reserves are developed and maintained by Council staff. For inquiries concerning maintenance or use of parklands please contact the Shire office on 1800 065 993.
Strathbogie Shire Council welcomes feedback from its residents and will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible.
