Festival of Small Halls returns to Avenel on Wednesday, 19 March 2025 with Hat Fitz and Cara and Lucy Farrell.
Opening the show will be local act Neale Williams! Neale Williams is a performer of Australian roots music. Welsh born, Williams is a singer, songwriter and slide guitarist. He was the lead singer of Electric Mud Blues Band from 1997-2003 and Wille and the Dixons from 2010-2020. Now Williams plays solo, and is known for his slick slide work. He plays gigs around rural Victoria with many self-penned songs added to his repertoire as well as some classic blues songs.
